How do I find & choose products for my home?

Start by visiting our Browse Products page. You can either use the search bar to look for something specific like “red cabinets” or you can explore the categories by clicking into each one.

How can I tell what “level” each product is?

When browsing products, you’ll see small, colored semi-circles at the bottom of each product image. If you see gray, it’s included. If you see blue, green, yellow or red that product is an upgrade. Specific level upgrade colors:

Where do I find my home floor plans and information?

Visit your My Account page. All available information regarding your home will be located here.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to: Reset Password

How do I change products after submitting my selections?

If you’ve already submitted your selections to Infinity Custom Homes, changes to your selections cannot be made through this system. If you need to discuss any changes we may still be able to accommodate them but we will need to verify it from our end first. Please call 888.424.9424 and we’ll discuss your options.
